Pretty good pizza have had better but I did not mind. Okay service but did not give me coke instead got ice tea.
Mediocre – at best!. Was there after 1pm as to avoid lunch hour rush. Relatively few people in the restaurant but service still incredibly slow. Order was for one medium hawaiin and a chicken pecan salad. Pizza arrived stone cold and tomatoes were so under-ripened that they were white and I couldn’t even get a fork through the pieces. Carrot pieces were dried up and whizzled. Very poor quality of food. Eat at your own risk and pay heed to this and previous reviews. You are more than likely going to be disappointed with your order.
Being a previous employee of bp’s I was appalled at the service my family an I received today. First there was 2 servers on and they were quite confused as to who was supposed to be serving us. Second as the server tried to remember our order instead of writing a 6 top down, she messed up 3 of our orders. Slow service, confusion left all of us very disappointed. Don’t order coffee in the afternoon.
HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!. Second time it took 1.5 hours after i hung up the phone to show up at my door. no appologies no phone calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. when i phoned to ask wtf i was clearly an annoyance to the person on the phone.

I’ve been here many times before and I found the service in the lounge to be decent and the food to be standard for a boston pizza. I went there tonight and ordered a dish specifically telling the waitress no bacon because I am a vegetarian. There was bacon in my dish which I was clearly upset about when I told the waitress. She asked me if I wanted a new one which I turned down and then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted it packed up. When she brought the bill they charged me for it! I could not believe it. When I told the manager she didn’t seem to care much didn’t apologize and didn’t offer me a refund. I will never darken the doorway of this establishment ever again. When you unintentionally feed a vegetarian meat you could at the very least apologize and offer a refund.
