Can’t really think of one negative thing to say about this restaurant. A friend of mine brought me here as he is from El Salvador and he knows his El Salvadorian food of course. He recommended the papusas and plantains. I was definitely not dissapointed. I’ve never had them from anywhere else so I don’t really have anything to compare it too but they were delicious. Pretty much a corn flour bread pocket filled with cheese and beans… Pretty much my two favorite things. Then you top them off with pickled cabbage and salsa which was bomb. I also ordered tofu tacos. I was pretty surprised they even had that as a option. I was pretty full after eating the papusas so I kinda just picked at my tacos. I pretty much only ordered them cause I thought it was cool that they had that as a vegetarian option. Service was also very good. Fast and friendly. And overall everything was decently priced. Around 30 bucks for the two of us. Love this place!

Amazing, authentic food and very quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends. Service was amazing the server was polite and confident in recommending dishes. Great music and great food. My fianc and I will definitely be coming back and we’ll be bringing friends.

Nice place, Good food…service was a little slow, not very engaging, don’t get me wrong the staff are nice and very polite just not into connecting or interacting. If you’re not in a rush and want some authentic Spanish Mexican it’s a nice quaint place.

Arrived in the restaurant at around 1. Host/waiter’s got his back facing us as he’s doing something. Barely turns around to greet us with so little energy that it makes me want to leave.including my party there was a total of 4 people in the restaurant. The other party was already finished eating, but it still took around 25 minutes to come out with 2 appetizers and 1 entree – and it all came out at once. The food was very good. The quesadilla was very fluffy, the salad was very fresh, the chicken thighs were very juicy, and the sauce on the chicken complimented the rice amazingly. It’s been 10 minutes since I’ve finished eating, and I’m still waiting for the waiter to grab my bill. – napkins over the plate and plates off to the side. 15-20 minutes, I’ve even stacked all my plates for him. And still waiting. Finally get the bill, been waiting 1-2 minutes to be asked for change or credit machine. Left because didn’t want to waste another 15 minutes just to give him a better tip.Tldr: food is great, service is very lacking.

Oh My God! We went on a Friday and I am still dreaming about the food on the Monday. What a great place. Nice ambiance, leather chairs, feels a little cramped, but it fits more customers. You know they make everything fresh to order when they tell you the soup might take a little longer to prepare.I cannot wait to go back. Mmmmmm

The pupasas here are quite delicious! I also ordered the pescado Fritas, but I felt that the fish had been overly deep-fried. I also tried the enchiladas and that was better but couldn’t compare to the pupasas. The staff were quite friendly but I thought it took a bit long to get the food. It was quite a pleasant atmosphere and music was not overly loud. I will come here again to explore other items on their menu.

We had dinner during their 13th anniversary. It felt like we were crashing a family party. They had a band come in a play some awesome songs including some gypsy kings. The pupusas are awesome. My only complaint is we had to ask for more pickled cabbage and they did not have margaritas.
