Love this place.. I just started attending nait and I came to the nest for lunch last week and was so pleased with everything. My server Ashley was so friendly and fun , made great convo and had a killer smile. She took the time to look over the menu with us and pointed out some great meals which we all really enjoyed. My drinks were a fair price and most importantly I had a blast not only with my friends but with Ashley as well. All the other staff working seemed just as friendly and fun. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends
Service Done RIGHT!. It’s taken me a little while to find the time to finally write this but it needs to be said. The Nest is the first place I’ve come across in the city that is doing it RIGHT. From their amazing food to their exemplary staff. I’ve been in quite a few times in the past 2 months and I always leave happy. There was one instance where things could have turned sour but my server was on top of it. My steak was drastically overcooked but upon bringing it to my table, Rachelle asked me to cut into it so she could ensure I was happy. I was NOT happy so she apologized, took it back to the kitchen and promptly brought it back to me cooked properly. You just don’t see that anymore. Most servers act personally attacked if you send back food but this young lady was efficient and wonderful. When the bill came, I was only charged for my pint. Neither my steak or mashed potato side were on the bill. I told her it really wasn’t necessary but she told me it’s more important that I leave happy and come back again. Service done RIGHT!
Kay first of all, the waiters are not attentive whatsoever. There we’re three waiters for probably 4 (mind you some were doing more than others). We were sitting for half an hour until one finally stood up from the bar stool to greet us. My two friends ordered water, and I ordered a diet coke. How do drinks take 15 minutes to make? After that we ordered the meatloaf cupcakes, they were good. But our main food didn’t come for another 40 minutes (not to mention the fries were chewy, as if they were hours old and refried) it was literally a workout for my mouth to chew one fry. After we finished we sat there waiting for the bill, again waiter was sitting on the bar stool only to get up half an hour later. Initially we were all going to pay seperately. But we stood at the bar for 20 minutes with again the waiter sitting on her seat not wanting to acknowledge us. I decided id cover the whole bill, since it was taking ages, and she printed the bill seperately on one paper with the grand total on the bottom. I got told off by the waiter because why did I cover the bill when we asked to split it. My answer: because I didn’t know id have to wait half an hour for you to acknowledge that we had to pay. Be glad I gave you a tip. I could’ve literally done a dine and dash and they probably wouldn’t have noticed until 4 hours later that we were long gone.

Best day ever. My day started off really bad , car troubles etc . I came to the nest and approached by Ashley my day started to get much better. Friendly smiles everywhere . Ashley was prompt friendly and really made me feel at home . Had a delicious meal and a tasty Kokanee and got free Kokanee stuff. The nest is a great place to go have an awesome time I highly recommend it
The NEST is amazing! The servers are awesome, and the food is great!
