I like the food but the girl that works in the front needs to lean good customer service.
Seriously???. Your portions are even smaller now , give more chicken dumb dumbs cause your going to lose all your customers!!!
Proportion sucks. mainly rice.. I went their for jerk chicken and right away the lady shows me what they have left and then walks away before even asking me if I’d like anything. Then they give be the smallest piece of chicken they probably had. And on top of that they barely gave me any coleslaw. It was mainly rice which tasted like it was sitting their from the previous day. I paid almost 20$ and I deeply regret it.
Saffron sucks. The food is too expensive and they give a small portion. For the price you pay, you only get plain rice and dry jerk chicken. Try Irie foods in the south side, better jerk chicken with lots of flavour and decent pricing!!
Friendly workers and good food!. Very good food had the oxtail which was really tasty beef patty also good but could tell it was sitting in the warmer for awhile only downside if the food is kinda pricey other then that very good food

Great service and food.. I had such a delightful experience visiting Safrons, the waitress was very helpful when she found out this was our first time trying Caribbean food. She helped with recommending the best options for our pick eaters, and our boys ended up Loving the meal. At the end of the meal she recommend the dessert. Just wow. Soooo delicious.We will be retuning, thanks to the girl at the front for making our dining experience so great.
