Yes this is a rough part of town, but that is not the hotels fault.As we pulled up to the door there was a drug dealer selling his stuff just outside the door. This scared my wife enough that she refused to stay.They have a 24hr cancelation policy, but the clerk said there would be no problem cancelling the reservation. Two days later a charge appeared on my credit card. All the manger was willing to do was apologize and spout the 24 hour policy. Not willing to back up what her employee promised.
Terrible service won’t be back. Sat down, waitress asked if we would like coffee, yes please. Ha the buffet which was lackluster. Sat down with no coffee and no cutlery. Had to ask again for coffee and cutlery. There are 4 waitresses standing around. They each walked pass us with coffee pots, so we asked again….could we please have a coffee? They never checked on us, asking if we would like a refill, if everything was okay, nothing. We had to stop a waitress walking around with a coffee pot to ask for refills as she had now walked by us 3 times. Awful service. We will spend our money elsewhere.14 Apr, 2013Wow…the buffet used to be so good. Now they have changed the menu and it’s awful. They have cut half the items but charge the same. Disappointed and not going back!
