To be honest I tried this place as backup when the spot I was planning on grabbing New Years Eve (take out) dinner at, turned out to be closed. I called to order for pick up and my order was ready in 15min.I ordered the green curry with chicken, pad thai with shrimp, pad teriyaki with chicken and 2 orders of coconut rice. Each of the mains were $16 which I initially thought was a bit steep mainly because they consisted of mostly vegetables or rice noodles than meat. To be fair we were able to get a very filling dinner for two and (left overs enough for) a filling lunch for two. The coconut rice was just enough go with the curry and pad teriyaki mains and tasted great. Very present taste of coconut milk and hint of sweetness.Overall the food was very well seasoned, the green curry being the spiciest of the bunch with the other two being mild/no spice. The food/ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Only gripe would be that the green curry consistency was watery like soup, which unfortunately just pooled underneath the rice and around the plate. The left overs (after a night in the fridge) fixed that watery issue right up.Was happy things worked out the way they did as I now have a go-to Thai spot nearby. Will definitely be back.
My coworkers and I come here for lunch quite often. The food and service is good. We typically order off the lunch specials list and the food is normally served quickly.
Thai Flavours is a cute little gem on the west end. I have been there many times and the food is great. My only complaint is that sometimes I feel like the curry isn’t very fresh. Other than that the food itself tastes great
Not bad. I went here with my Aunt, Uncle and cousin. We all had curry and rice. It was actually really good although the service was pretty slow. The server forgot to give us cutlery but were friendly throughout the dining experience.
Okay but Had Better. We had some spicy curry. It was okay but for the price it could have been way better. If you want something more authentic, try Ban Thai.
Over priced for what you receive! Ordered the green curry and it was mostly sauce hardly any veggies/chicken. Pad thai was mostly noodles… Not impressed
