Enjoys sniffing the tea testers. The staff are friendly. Good ambience. Delicious drinks. Looking forward to try more items on the menu. The to-go lids are neat because you can open and close the sipping hole.
Good coffee. I go too waves at least once a week, they offer either a medium or dark roast coffees along other drinks. The dcor is above average for coffee shop. The staff is friendly and remember what I usually order, the coffee and muffin combo. I have tried the sandwiches and theyre fresh tasting.
Fantastic staff and exceptional service. But the coffee. Boy is it good. Lattes put Starbucks to shame.
Outstanding warm coffee on a cold Edmonton day, consistently. My wife and I went into waves to enjoy our favorite hang out this weekend where the drinks are always made well and the atmosphere is always relaxing. I had my usual, the Maple Macchiato and my wife enjoyed the Macaroon Hot Chocolate which were not only delicious but served with an artistic swirl on top. Bill (the owner) and all his co-workers are friendly with all their customers which adds a positive air to the atmosphere. The drinks here are consistently delicious and service is top notch. This is by far our favorite coffee shop to visit when we want to relax.
Matcha and Red Rooibos Tea Latte!!!. If you have ever been to Vancouver, Waves Coffee is is like on every block downtown. It is a nice change from going to Starbucks all the time. My favourite is the Matcha Latte and Red Rooibos Tea Latte. I wish they had a Waves downtown and not just on the west end.
The coffee was delicious. Staff was friendly and obliging. The cafe was clean and spacious, and the patio furniture was comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
