Tandoor’s flavours are wonderful, especially their butter chicken and lamb curry. But, their prices are on the high-side for the amount of lamb and chicken you find drowned in copious amounts of sauce. The butter chicken sauce is delicious, but a tad on the runny side.
Tandoor take our today. Staff are quick to take out order then ask us to have a seat in the dining room while we wait. Dining room is in need of a cleaning and a remodel. Chicken samosas are crispy and full of flavorful chicken. Vegetable pakora is a larger order than expected, crispy outside and flavorful inside. Takeout is served with two different sauce.
I’ve only ever had take-away, and every time I’ve really enjoyed it! The butter chicken and pallak paneer are creamy, and spicy and well-flavoured. Portions are very generous! The staff are polite and helpful. I actually live a good 15-20 minute drive from here, and I go out of my way for their food!
