The sushi was okay, not super fresh tasting. I felt the miso soup also had way too much seaweed. The bubble tea was awesome though & it’s super cute inside. The staff was also very friendly & helpful. The also have a gluten free menu.
Excellent customer service! Delicious food! We have ordered take out here numerous times and have also eaten in. The staff is very helpful and the environment is clean.
We all need our quick, cheap and easy to get food fixes here and there. Luckily for me Teriyaki corner is close enough for that option. I usually order my regular of the Salmon Rice Bowl. It’s just something about that sesame sauce they give you that is pure deliciousness. Or I get their Chicken Rice Bowl and their chicken is always moist and has just enough sauce to come with it. Their sushi and rolls is to be expected from a place of this calibre, not amazing, not completely bad but average/decent for the price point of quick, cheap and easy. I especially like their California is rolls for some odd reason. The imitation crab meat mix they use is super moist and succulent and very smooth. Overall and very quick and tasty option.
I don’t quite understand all the negative reviews the establishment Teriyaki Corner receives. I have come here numerous times for pick up, to go, and to dine. There has never been an issue for me. Quite honestly, the only reason I am writing one for this place is because of the other negative reviews I’ve seen.I love the food here. The teriyaki chicken rice bowls (or any rice bowls in general) are delicious and come in great portions which I certainly recommend. The chicken comes out crispy and hot BUT I have noticed the crispiness of the chicken is compromised when ordering to go. My mother loves the sushi here and makes it her go-to for northwest side sushi and I’ve never heard any complaints from her.The place is very well kept and clean. When staying for food, you grab a seat and the staff bring a menu over to your table along with cups of water. You also have the option of getting up to order at the till and sitting back down once done. The food always comes on real bowls and dishes (not sure why other reviews claim they always come in plastic?) when dining in. The staff are very polite as well I must add.Ordering for pick up and to go happens seamlessly. They pack everything individually and carefully making sure there is nearly no room for potential spills of sauce or mix ups as in what goes with what dish.
Teriyaki Yummy. Another great place for fast Jap foods in the Northend of the city. Really enjoyed my recent visit. I don’t understand why this bistro has such a low rating as it is really good for what it served. Very cute and cozy little bistro with a few swing seating style, and my kids just love them. Everyone should definitely check out this place if you’re in the area. Highly recommended.
I find all these reviews funny. The north side is sad, we’ve seen great places go out of business and distasteful cheaply managed (in quality and service) restaurants flourish. I’ve been to all three teriyaki corners and the food is always up to my standards. The sushi and bowls are a little pricier but you get what you pay for, quality. Something the majority of people in the north side don’t understand.. They let bad ass jacks go out of business… That place kicked ass. Don’t let all the negative reviews deter you as this place isn’t the BEST but it’s healthy, hits the spot, quick and convenient. The majority of people poorly reviewing this place are probably hood rats that don’t know good food. We’re lucky to have a few decent restaurants North as 95% are disgusting. If you know anything about quality, taste and are on a time budget this place is worthwhile checking out.
Garbage. The staff don’t t…. Garbage. The staff don’t take your order, you order at a cashier which totally cheapens the experience. Your food is served on plastic dishes and the quality is awful. Not fresh and obviously not Japanese-run. Don’t waste your time or money.
