Know what he said NOTHING ,he was disreseptful he did not aplogise,I worked in service industry and if a customer complained. ,,you do anythig u can to make that person happy .come on 71not inculding tip
Not that good.. We’ve been eating Wok n’ Go off and on for many years. It was always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately we’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality and taste in the food. I don’t think we’ll be returning a after our most recent disappointment. The lemon chicken was over cooked to he point that we couldn’t chew it. The ginger beef and beef with greens soggy. We just threw them away. The service is still great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We are hoping they make improvements to their menu in the future. We are so disappointed.
Will not return. Visited this location on Friday to pick up a quick supper. The service was fast and friendly, and we returned home. We were very disappointed with the food, it really lacked flavour and we had to add a lot of sauce and seasoning in order to eat it. The meat in all of our dishes was tough. We do like to visit restaurants in our area but we will not be returning to Wok n’ go.
Very bad experience tonight. Picked up a variety of dishes and took it home. 3 of 4 had no flavor and it seemed ingredients were missing. Been there many times before but most likely won’t be heading back26 May, 2013Never disappointed. Good food, great value
EXCELLENT FOOD. The food was excellent !! The people behind the counter were friendly. I love the fact that the food was cooked fresh in front of me. The food wasn’t sitting under a heat lamp for hours like so many of the Chinese buffets.
We order from this place practically every week. Food is always ready quickly, and is fresh and yummy. Their salt and pepper squid is crazy good, it’s never chewy, always tender. The peach shrimp is great too.
Great place!. Excellent Food great customer Service! definitely going to be going back ! Great job. I will be passing the name on to fellow friends on how great this place is.
