I think there must be new ownership at the Riverbend store because we just had the WORST MEAL we have ever had in a Chinese restaurant.The War Wontonwas absolutely tasteless, no salt, no broth, just boiled cabbage juice. The rice was hard and tasted old. Shrimp were so over cooked they were tough, and I am not even sure that was chicken! We will never order again.
