I was visiting Canmore & asked a local where they’d recommended going for a hearty breakfast, Georgetown Inn was where they suggested going. Service was nice, but not very helpful or attentive. And it wasn’t busy. We ordered the English breakfast, breakfast sandwich and a side of 2 scrambled eggs. Food was hot & fresh. But nothing to write home about.

We also had the triple crown chicken burger which very nice withe free-range chicken.. hm mayonnaise. . Apple chutney. . Crispy bacon
Their Fish and Chips was amazing. Very tasty and filling, the best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. The Vegetable Coconut Curry was also delicious, cooked well. I would definitely go back
Fun food, bad service. This place is a lot of fun if you get a good server. Food is always good. Staff is hit and miss. Depends what kind of mood I’m in if I take the risk of bad service for a trade off of fun old English pub atmosphere and food.
It’s always good food especially the fish and chips and the gravey is Delicous
