Came here for breakfast on Saturday and it was packed. Food came out quickly though. Boyfriend got the special: a breakfast croissant. Said it was good. I got the traditional breakfast with sausage. The roast was good, sausages cooked nicely. Eggs were good. Hash browns were ok. A bit bland so salt did come in handy. London fog was very good. Would come back again.
A corner-shop style cafe with a lovely (all-day) breakfast selections. The cafe was managed by 4 incredible (and, I must add, beautiful) ladies and they are simply amazing. The service was excellent and one of them in particular was dancing while preparing things behind the counter (I happened to glance over at the time and i just had to write this down). One of my favorite things other than the food is the creativity in the cafe. I was given a Hulk toy as a table marker and I was like playing with it the hold time while I was waiting for my breakfast. Also, there were a magnetic board with random letters where people can form different words as they wait for their food as well! What a fun little place!Im surprise of how busy it gets there. I was there on a Monday morning at 7:30am and people are coming in and out constantly for coffee and bake goods. As I was waiting for my breakfast, the cafe quickly fill up and before I know it, it was already packed with people.
An awesome spot for that mountain morning meal…if you like Mexican flavours. The menu is predominantly Mexican breakfast offerings with a few old standards thrown in. The coffee was excellent and service was very inviting and helpful. You can’t really beat the price, in Canmore, for the quality and quantity this place serves up. This is my new go to for breakfast in Canmore.
