I had the misfortune of experiencing this sham for the first time recently after a nice trail hike with two companions. Not only was the food sub par & lacking outright authenticity, it left us all feeling ill afterwards and unsettled. The cherry on top. Without adding mention to the feeling of being taken money wise. We were duped like others, by the name alone. Don’t fall for this wayward misrepresentation, its a bear trap of the foodie world. Save yourself the trouble, there’s far better Ramen experiences to be had elsewhere. Trust me.
It’s not ramen. Didn’t even use ramen noodles. The tan tan is closer to a Thai Tom yum soup. Not bad but, ramen it is not. Nice setting and the service is good.

Food is too expensive for what we get. We had ramen and the broth was very blend, and tasted wrong for reman. The service was abundant and servers are nice but a few servers served us and got confusing. Not going to go back because of the food.
We went to dinner as a group. The majority of the food was inconsistent and did not taste good. Two of the brown butter shoyu ramen tasted burnt and had burnt flecks inside the soup (third bowl no issues). We found hair in multiple bowls of ramen. Yakisoba was dry, not made with the typical noodles, and my friend was not able to finish their meal. When she asked to switch to another item on the menu, they charged her for both menu items. The Three Sisters ramen was extremely salty. In general the ramen was bland and uninspired. The one thing that tasted good was the fries. I would not come back again and I would not recommend restaurant to others.
Very poor quality Ramen. The noodles were obviously not fresh and the broth was bland. If anyone ever had Ramen at a proper Japanese Ramen house they will know this place is sub-standard.
