Went to this spot with a friend who just moved his shop into the neighbourhood and said this place was legit. I was skeptical of a place that took over a Quiznos but I trust my bud so off we went. He was right. This place is a real gem with a real deal chef making simple yet delicious food. We both had the lunch special which was a footling dog smothered with a delicious chili and a side soup or salad. We both chose soup which was a creamy bacon potato veg which was excellent. The dog was a slim European style with an excellent snap to it. Portions were very large and satisfying. For the money it was great value. I cant wait to try some other dishes from this joint! We need more of these type businesses all over town!

The lobster mac & cheese was divine and I could have ate several bowls of the accompanying French Creole soup!! I felt very welcomed by the staff as they were all super friendly and accommodating to my needs. Just a wonderful experience all around and I would certainly recommend this place to all my friends and family as well!!

To say we come here often is an understatement. This establishment has become our mainstay ever since it opened and there’s a reason why. The owner, Doug Adsit, is fabulous at what he does. Dedicated to making his customers happy with the best food possible. Homemade everything! He also has another location, his original restaurant, in Morinville. Google his name and watch his visit on Global TV where he cooks up a few delights. He is open for breakfast (the best deal in town!), lunch and dinner. You can’t miss giving this one a try! Located right across from the Telus World of Science. We highly recommend!
