This place has been around forever .. I am Surprised we have never been ! I have driven past it many times! The ambience is nice and updated with a pool table. Almost every night is wing night which is always a bonus. We ordered many wings but the table agreed that the bone in wings were disappointing yet the boneless wings were absolutely fantastic !! Service is decent our waitress seemed overwhelmed however we felt that we were quite patient. It won’t deter us fromReturning.
Not even 1 star. I was verbally abused by the Karaoke guy. I was called the B-word as soon as I arrived, so i ignored him for the rest of the night after expressing to him that his words hurt me. A few hours later, he came up to me and my friends and called me the C-word, then immediately ran out. I believe he is sexist and just a plain bully. I will absolutely never be going here again. I advise all women to not to patron here as well unless they are willing to risk being verbally assaulted for no reason.
The food was good. I really recommend the wings. There are so many flavours to choose from. They are still rather reasonably priced, even if it isn’t wing night.They had a good live band. The place was clean and comfortable, with good bench seating.The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that our waitress couldn’t have cared less about us. I was getting tired of watching her throw my orders on the table, snatch my stuff away, and just treat my friend and I with general disdain. I’ve only ever had one worse waitress in all my life. I’ve been a waiter, I know how difficult the job can be. I’ve always been an easy-going customer, and can’t understand what my friend and I did to warrant this crappy attitude.I’ll be happy to go back, but I may just reconsider if I see her on the floor again.
Came here with the husband a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon. He said they had really good wings when he had gone there a few months ago, so we decided to go since we had a sitter that day. I had a craving for nachos and I was happily surprised when I got the plate! I couldn’t believe the portion size, as well as how they layered the chips, cheese and vegetables! Even getting down to the bottom – every one of my chips was loaded. Hubby’s wings we’re just as delicious as he remembered. Our service was pretty fast, and we were very pleased with the portions when comparing the prices for the dishes. It looked like they just renovated and it was a nice change from the dive bar-ish kinda place it was before. Also love the windows they opened up! We will definitely be back if were ever in the area.
If you love wings, this is the place to go to. So many different flavors. Thursdays is their wings night. My favorite was the tandoori wings.
The new renos have finally taken this little dive bar into the 21st century. With daily deals and live entertainment its always easy to have fun and eat a good meal for a decent price. Wing nights Tues-Thurs and Sat. Pool tables were recently felted. And they have more decent cues than most other bars.Staff is hard to find, but the people who have worked there for many years are great!If you have the chance head over on sunday, get a half priced pizza and listen to some karoake and live comedians.
Ok so its no secret this place is a dive. Ive been coming here since high school days and though renos have been done and ownership has changed, its kind of the same. But why do I still come here? Its those crazy hot, mouth-burning suicide wings! Hands down the best version of what real suicide wings should be! Insanely hot, and love it. It takes a while for the food to come out, even when it is not a busy evening. Service has gotten better over time. But the wings, the flavor and the size are good!! Karaoke nights on Fridays.
