Really friendly and accommodating staff. The soup I had was good, not too salty or under seasoned. Cute decor on the inside with the wooden tables and succulents, will be coming back!
Great little neighbourhood caf. Stopped in for a coffee with my mom on a gorgeous day. The patio wasn’t open, but they unlocked it and cleaned off some tables so we could enjoy the unseasonably warm March day. We both ordered cappuccinos and they were very good. Fantastic local cafe! I stop in for their daily hot specials or salads often, the food is fresh and delicious. The owners are friendly and the service is great. Also, I order breakfast and lunch catering from here frequently and it is always met with rave reviews, especially the baked goods and unique sandwiches.
Awesome unique and delicious food. Super friendly personable staff. Great place to go. Fresh ingredients. Would come back any day of the week to enjoy their daily unique specials.
The best coffee shop in cow town. This place goes well beyond coffee shop. Taco Tuesday’s are a personal favorite usually consisting of some succulent, pulled meat topped with a fresh pico de gallo in a crisp taco….mmmmm….. Thursday is for the vegan out there. Also amazing even if you’re a carnivore. Honestly, every day there’s an amazing main and soup made fresh with fresh, local ingredients. Even if you just a want a simple sandwich (with elk salami, my fav) expect the best pickled carrots, pickles and jalapeos on the side. It’s all made perfect by the friendly mom-&-pop duo, Cassy and Adam.
Phenomenal Cafe!. The food and service here is amazing. I work a block away, and myself and my colleagues usually go out for lunch every day. I usually visit velvet around 3 times a week. I’ve tried everything on the menu, as well as most of the specials, and can honestly say I’ve never had anything less than fantastic food.
