Wow!!! The Happy Truck is amazing (aka Tao events Catering) Gave my wife a surprise bday party and she was late The Happy truck after me delaying them several times wanted the surprise to happen so they keep the truck hidden around the block from my house for an extra hour. Now to the food amazing Lemon Grass Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Beef on a Bun sides Potato salad baked beans getting hungry now thinking about it. This was the first time I used this service and can tell you the service is going to be a life long relationship for any major party in my family. Perry and Staff thank you for making my wife’s surprise party an awesome event. 10 out of 10 Perry you said you would hook it up and that you did.
Delicious food from a truck!. I have tried 2 things from the Happy Truck which is also advertised under the name of Tao events. In any case, I ran into it twice and hit the jackpot twice! First time was lemon grass chicken with coconut rice, good! Second time I just got perogies, simple and really delicious! Please keep coming back to Mount Royal University! 😀

Food Choices on the H-Appy Truck. It is always a pleasure to read reviews of our food truck. The review of altbier shows he loves our Indonesian food as much as we do. While we strive to provide exciting, fresh and tasty food of an Asian theme, there are times when the festival or event planner controls the menu. Our recent United Way 2013 fundraising kickoff was a huge success but it would have been impossible for us to feed over a 1,000 people in less than 30 minutes with our delicious lemon grass chicken. Great food takes time to prepare and serve – sometimes it just has to be a smokie and not a satay.
Thank you!. The H.Appy Truck was at our United Way kick-off event. I enjoyed the food very much as well as the positive attitude shown by the owners.I had a combo that included a fresh crispy-on-the-outside spring roll (the meat was hot and soft on the inside), the salad was tasty (it was cucumbers with carrots and a tangy sweet-vinegar-like sauce), the meat skewers were hot and nicely-marinated, and I loved the coconut rice!! There were also sweet berry-like perogies that was a great dessert-like end to my meal.Thanks so much Perry and Joe and Dedy!!!
