Worse service ever. The food is decent, but the service is the worst, they can’t even speak English properly: they mess up your order, and blame you for not saying your order clearly. So annoying.
Raw. Chicken wasn’t cooked, almost raw on the inside….Never eating here again
Pretty good. My favorite is the beef bbq and the beef on a bun is pretty good as well. I usually like ordering the glass noodles and the macaroni salad as my two sides. The beef is nice and tender as well and the portions are fairly large.
Lots of Food and Savoury and Tender Chicken. If you want food that will last you for lunch and dinner, get this! This place packs a lot of good food into each and every clam shell for their rice options. Each rice option gives you two additional options of sides (sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, macaroni salad, salad, glass noodles, etc.). After you get your food, you can add Sriracha, soya sauce, ketchup, or Cheyenne sauce to your food.I usually get the spicy dark chicken rice option. The dark chicken meat is savoury and tender. The sauces and spices come together quite nicely to give that Korean BBQ taste. Although not as good as Korean BBQ restaurants elsewhere, it definitely is one of the better MacHall options out there. However, I’ve heard some stories about undercooked food during rush hours, so I wouldn’t visit this place during those times.
The staff are absolutely ridiculous. It’s one thing to refuse a change of sides, but it is definetly another to refuse a purchase of a side. That Filipino guy seriously needs to get fired. The worst customer service I’ve probably been put through.
Big portions. It’s definitely not as good as other food court style Korean places. But for the price, I think you get a really big portion and that’s worth it. Garlic potatoes pale in comparison to Koryo’s. Here, they’re just bland. The broccoli sidedish is usually under cooked and very crunchy. I do really enjoy the glass noodles. They give you a generous helping of meat and I usually get the BBQ beef. You also get two scoops of plain or seasoned rice. If you go too late their sauce container on the side will be empty! So, not the best Korean option in town, but you do get a really big meal that can last you throughout the day. It gets really busy around lunch time so be prepared to wait. dragonfiring.wordpress.com
Tasty beef and glass noodles. I use to eat here all the time, but I was packing on too much weight. My favourite dish is the bbq beef (regular, not short rib, which I find too fatty), with glass noodles and macaroni. This is way too much food for one lunch, but it’s so tasty I can’t stop eating it. Good value. hittingthesauce.wordpress.com
