Probably some of the best food on campus. Service is always very fast and friendly, prices are always cheap, and everything always tastes very fresh. I would definitely recommend trying the coconut bun, it’s ridiculously addictive!
Best food vendor on campus and by far my favorite Vietnamese sub shop in Calgary. I would come every Thursday when I was working at the university and it was the best part of my week. I still will go out of my way to come back, even if it is only once and a while. Delicious. Fast. And cheap. I love this place!
Usually busy but fast. Good food, relatively cheap. The baking is great! The spicy beef sub is great. I wasn’t a big fan of the sausage sub or the chicken sub. Might be nice if they had some more vegetable options.
This place jacks up their viet sub prices every year. It’s now $7 for a viet sub after tax. I remember the days when it used to be like $5.50. After graduating UofC, this was the one food that I craved the most from MacHall. It’s still by far my favorite viet sub place in the city!
Great steal. I’m quite a sucker for viet subs and find myself trying pretty much every place in the city! This place is a little different as you have to fill out a paper form before placing your order which may seem troublesome but it’s simple and makes things efficient. Their subs are massive and cheap! And it’s a great steal for hungry students on a budget. Yes, there may be a few better sub places around Calgary, but you can’t beat their prices or portions so I always leave very satisfied
These are my favourite subs in all of Calgary!!! I LOVE THEM! I love that you can just fill out the form and be on your way. Efficient system but hard for people who are interested in purchasing things other then the subs. Food is delicious and that more then makes up for that!
