Worst service ever. Though generally i’ve had no problems with other Burrito Libre locations, this one is REALLY BAD. The employees are rude and often don’t listen and give me what they want. Even though their sign specifically says its an extra charge for over 5 toppings on quesadillas they will either charge me extra or simply not give me extra potatoes, which probably cost them less than 5 cents. I find this extremely ridiculous at restaurants/fast food places like this when it is a service they chose to offer yet they still wont. It is honestly worth going to a different location, as this is about the 3rd time in the last few months that i have received extreme sass and been scoffed at when they forgot to include something i asked for.

Prefer it to Mucho Burrito. Good take-out option.. Burrito Libre is one of the two major burrito chains in the city – the other being Mucho Burrito. Both are good, but this one is my pick. I’m pretty sure the chain was started by a local guy, although I’d have to check on that fact. But it definitely feels less franchisey than it’s competition. They prepare most of their toppings in the restaurant and are often grilling the vegetables as they’re in the middle of helping a customer. The ingredients taste fresh and it’s tastes much more home-style to me than Mucho Burrito. As for the interior, it’s a fast-food restaurant so it’s not a place to hang around, although it’s nice enough inside and there are some tvs without sound in case your eyes wander and top 40 music playing in the background. All in all, it’s likely one of the healthier fast-food options around and it’s my top burrito choice in the city (not that there are many to choose from). Thumbs up.

Accommodating!. Very accommodating for my picky taste. Great, friendly service! 5 stars for price, quality, service, and taste!

Awesome. First time here and very impressed! Salsa is home made and available in 3 levels of spicyness. This is fast food but on a whole other level than something like Taco Bell. If you enjoy Mucho Burrito then you will definitely like this, I think this is better. Although the menu is limited the food is fantastic and at a fair price too!

This place lacks professionalism. Why are there dead bees on the window ledge in the middle of October? Probably been there since july. I can only imagine what the back kitchen looks like.

Healthier fast food. Seems to be much ealthier than the typical fast food, great options to customize your meal to what you like, I had the burrito bowl and was impressed at the quality and fair price (under $10) for filling meal with drink

I like it. Wow, a fast taco place that is actually decent. Wipes the floor with Taco Time.
