Delicious! Had the jerk chicken salad (spinach, coconut lime vinaigrette, mangoes, carrots, cranberries, coconut and feta cheese). $14 price tag for the entree size, I was expecting a bit more food but it was very tasty which made up for it. Made fresh, chicken was cooked at the time of order so nice and warm on the salad, and overall a nice combination of flavours.

There’s a reason why I’m willing to pay 15$ for a salad. It’s because it’s amazing, it’s made to order with fresh ingredients, and once again because its amazing.However, they’ve recently changed the steak in their salads. Rather than being freshly cooked steaks like you’d expect, it’s now this disgusting beef meat that seems almost like roast beef.Contrary to what I’ve been told, no it doesn’t not taste better. It’s ridiculous. I see this as just another way to cut costs. And why am I getting so upset over something like this? It’s because the salads are amazing and if I’m to pay 15$ for a salad, I want it to stay amazing.Granted, if you have a salad without steak, you won’t be dissapointed.
I’m not a salad person and have never felt full after eating one until I’ve been here. The jerk chicken salad was flavourful and fresh. Nice mix of spice and sweetness and of course had generous portions. As for the service it was wonderful, the guys even brought my meal to my table and were so friendly. If only more restaurants followed this example.
