Wedding catering from Fontanella. Flavors are crisp and choices are many. Steam tables are kept full all through service. Roast beef in gravy ( salty), baked chicken ( lacking color), mashed potatoes, steamed mix veg, and buns. Salads ( spinach, potato, coleslaw, and Caesar) are crisp with one choice having dressings on the side. Deserts are many (squares, cakes, and pies are all average) and the chocolate dipped strawberries are fab.
