Worst service ever. Our waiter was non existent from the start, and then told us he was going on a break when our food came out and would be back in 30Minutes. WTF?! We ended up having to ask another waiter to get us the bill after finishing our food. Seriously I’ve never had such bad service before, and I will add that it was NOT busy. As for the food, it was bland and not worth the cost. We will never go back.

Terrible buffet! They didn’t tell us the buffet was no longer being filled and they ran out of everything. There was nothing good to eat. The food was awful. We had to go through to another part of the hotel for a washroom because the close one was being serviced. We saw the good buffet that we weren’t told about. It made our breakfast even worse to know that there was a really good buffet a few steps away. The waitress told us ours was the continental breakfast for hotel guests. It was Father’s Day too so we were trying to go out for a special breakfast. Very very disappointing.
Seriously bad food. Bad service. And expensive for what u get
Food is generally good, the prices are reasonable, which leads me to the poor service which they so kindly deliver. Angela was non exsistent and when she delivered our food, she told us that she would refill our drinks when she came back. Well, 30 minutes later once she came back, she asked us if we still wanted the refills. At the same time she brought the bill without asking us if we wanted dessert. You would think you would be trying to get the most money out of us, but I geuss not. If the cooks are wondering why they didn’t get any tips, they can blame it on her. If you get Angela, ask for someone else!
When we ordered te steak we found chunks of scouring pads in our food. I told them I would not eat it and requested to have a new one made or a refund. The staff told me and my girlfriend to leave. Horrible service!
