Atmosphere was great. Service was awesome. Ordered off the gluten free menu. Had decent amount of choices and the gluten free pizza was awesome. Regular menu was also executed very well.
Giving it a 4 for the ambiance on a rainy Sunday. Caesars on special with poached eggs and salad. Coffee needs work. $3.50 for truck stop swill. But warm fire. Nice vibe — on the highway strip mall.
I don’t know why the review is so low. I took a client there for dinner. We both had our apps, entrees and desserts within an hour completely eaten. Then stayed another 30 mins for drinks. The service was fantastic, we had a few different servers (hostess, waitress, appy[assume sous?], entree[chef] waitress for dessert and the manager or owner brought me a second half of my elevated margarita) all of whom were extremely polite and updated/checked up on me and my guest not too much and just enough. The food was just as up to par as the service. The produce was crisp and fresh, protein was tender and juicy and the whole meal was very flavourful. As far as price is concerned the entire meal was quite reasonably priced and under 110$ drinks and 25% tip included. I think that is very fair and with TVs playing sports in all directions I would highly recommend this place to any sports lovers and foodies new or local to Lethbridge. I look forward to my next visit which may even be tonight. P.S. The French onion soup is some of the best I’ve had in Alberta by far. Good job Brown’s.
Have been a few different Browns restaurants and the dragon bowl has been consistently good at every location except this one. Barely any sauces and small portion of veggies and tofu. It was actually awful. Also the service wasn’t great either. First Browns I’ve been to that wasn’t good.
Soggy pizza , burnt beans and rice, good tacos and good service, and we probably won’t be back :(. The decor is of a much higher caliber than the nosh. Not the best first impression for our west side newcomer.
Nice atmosphere BUT!. Had a burger and a beer. The prices seem a little high for Lethbridge. The atmosphere was nice, service was average to below average. I found the whole place average with above average pricing. The parking lot is a gong show… if you dare to go to Browns, avoid the parking lot.
Wow!!!. I had a great experience! Browns was able to accommodate four mamas and three babies during their busy lunch, at the newly opened Lethbridge location. When my son spilled my drink, I was given a new one at no charge. They brought avacado out for the littles and even gave the 1 year old birthday girl her desert on the house. Our server was great as well! Not many places (especially pub style) are not very accommodating to moms with littles. Thanks SO much for the great experience.
