Very poor service. When you call and if you are not picking up your order,she sets the phone down for as long as 1/2 hr before I hung up, not once but on several occasions. Get some help there! Used to be my go to place,,,,,,,,,, Not anymore!!!!!!
What happened?. We have been going here for upwards of 7 years. I have loved it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else in town. BUT! With in the last 6 months they have been having some major customer service issues. And the food is going down hill too. Maybe they need to get some kitchen help in so that it runs a bit more smoothly. They are always smoking busy so adding some help during the rush would be a nice thing to see!
Cleanliness is an issue!!. Check the AB restaurant inspections for this place. I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill big time.

Rubber beef, the lemon chicken was disturbing and the rice was crispy and not in a good way. Nice try Ciao Mien, but i think this was definatly a kne time try.
First time im in the middle of looking at it and thinking its not that bad and to eat more but i really dont think i can lemon chicken is soggy fake and gross the fried rice is infact minute rice thats not even fully cooked beef n broccoli is half decent but has a funny after taste won ton soup tastes like water with a hint of pork and dish soap chicken chow mein is mainly cabbage not many noodles deep fried wontons taste good covered in soy sauce fortune cookies are prob the best part of this obomination DO NOT RECOMEND!!!
