As others have said, the service is atrocious!!!. We had the same issue trying to call, and once you finally get through she sets the phone down and ignores the phone. We decided to drive and order in person and we didn’t get service for a whole half hour. Unbelievable! I’ll never go back. This wasn’t a problem until recently.
