This is the worst service I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I have lived on the west side for 15 years and am always amazed at how there are so many employees always working yet nobody seems to know what is going on. It’s kind of like the owner stopped by once and hired some kids then left and nobody has seen him since. The kids remain but they’re not sure why.
Grate place. The food is really good at the west side one i can never seem to get that from the south or north, the people working the drive thru were really nice and fast too!!! I will be coming back again.
Management. A quick note to express how pleased we were at the cleanliness and wonderful young people working at this Dairy Queen. We stopped in for some refreshments in the early evening and the service was wonderful. We will be back for sure.
Dairy Queen Westside. Just went to the Dairy Queen on the Westside of Lethbridge and was very pleased with the staff. They are so polite and quick with your food. The young person who took my order made me laugh and was in such a great mood. Great job Dairy Queen!!!
In reference to the previous review.. That specific individual was actually fired that very day after the store manager was informed of what happened.
There’s nothing that separates this DQ from any other. The food is pretty good, and the icecream is standard DQ quality. However, this is the slowest service at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. There’s alwaysat least four people working, and at least five people waiting. It took fifteen minutes to get a blizzard here. The staff seem more worried about sweeping a non dirty floor than helping the customers waiting. So, all in all, the food is good, but I’m not sure it’s worth the long, long, wait.
