The Fusion restaurant used to be really, really good. Now it’s not. The food quality is still very good, however the selection of menu items on the all you can eat menu has decreased. I used to be able to get salmon belly and a couple of other items for the AYCE but not anymore. Yet instead of lowering the price of the AYCE, they increase it. Also, they don’t offer refills on coffee??? It’s become standard practice at most restaurants. Not sure if the Lethbridge location is under new management but this is not the same Fusion that it was when it first opened. It’s a shame because it used to be great. Now it’s not. I no longer go to the one in Lethbridge but I still go to the ones in Calgary…at least there, the menu hasn’t changed and I can still get all of my favourites on the AYCE.
