Yesterday was my boyfriend and I anniversary. He took me to Mocha Cabana Bistro for lunch. Mocha Cabana Bistro is located downtown, Lethbridge. It is in a heritage building. Lethbridge Mocha Cabana is original farm to table restaurant. The many local companies and markets provide fresh ingredients to Mocha Cabana. We arrived Mocha Cabana Bistro around 11:30 am. It was not busy at that time. We got a seat fast and began our order. All the food on the menu is around $15 $20, which is a little bit of expensive. I had Soup & Salad Combo, which is around $16. Today special Soup is Mushroom potato soup. The soup was boiling hot and tasted OK. Besides that, I choose the house green salad with Saskatoon Berry dressing, served with a garlic focaccia wedge. The house green salad and dressing were very delicious. My boy friend ordered Beef Dip, which like $17. Roasted Benchmark Angus beef on a focaccia roll with horseradish lemon aioli, served with au jus. (GF if served on GF bun or toast). The Yam Fries was on the side, was very tasty and fresh. Servers were very nice and friendly. They always came by and asked for the water refill. In summary, Mocha Cabana Bistro is very nice place to have a quick lunch. food.belindajin.com

Love that this restaurant focuses on local producers. Always great service. Great food. One of my favorite places in Lethbridge to go to. Breakfast us especially great!

2nd time for dinner the first time was great so we had company from Vancouver and wanted to show off Lethbridges fine dining.Nov. 23 reservations for 7 o’clock for five people. Had to ask for a glass of 7 up 4 times, two orders of Osso Bucco, braised beef shank, I had a shank bone the other order did not, it took 40 mins to serve and it was cold when we got it. One qpguest had the shrimp Alfredo also cold, no salt, no flavour, cold and sticky really terrible. Another order was the beef dip sandwich with onions, no onions appeared. So disappointed with the whole evening. This is the first time I have ever submitted a review.

I had heard good things about this cafe but was really disappointed. The pasta salad was suggested to me but I found it tasteless and the pasta way over-cooked. Honestly I would rather eat pasta salad from a supermarket. My boyfriend had the artichoke dip so I also tried that and found it only okay. He liked the lobster tacos he tried but I didn’t have them myself

Went for breakfast- excellent locally-sourced menu. We had the blacksmiths plate and the salmon eggs Benny, which comes in hefty portions not to mention toast too! The sausage is from somewhere local and just delicious. Coffee is adequate, not outstanding. The service was great however! Very friendly, and personal.A great place to eat.

I had lunch here yesterday with a colleague. The place is a street front restaurant across from the courthouse in Lethbridge. Although it doesn’t look that large from the outside it’s actually quite a big place, with local historical elements to the building.Service was prompt and friendly despite a busy lunch rush. The food was very good – they source from local farms and businesses and it is evident in the flavor and freshness of their dishes. The kitchen was also quite efficient as there was only a short wait for orders despite the busy crowd. The price point is a little on the higher side but you get what you pay for in this instance and I felt like the value proposition was pretty good. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Tonight was our first time to Mocha Cabana and it did not disappoint! The service was great – friendly and timely. The Mocha Burger was top notch! The bun to burger/topping ratio is bang on and every bite is a flavour explosion in your mouth! The locally sourced suppliers provide quality, fresh ingredients that truly enhance the flavour profile of the dish. The chips and jalapeo aoli are slightly addicting too!
