Terrible service!! The table was messy upon arrival. Girls were too busy talking with one another. Met a friend there, was only given one menu between 3 of us. Too many people standing around talking not enough serving customers!!!!
I Love This Bar!. I must admit, I come here often, perhaps too often. I find some of the reviews interesting, as I read them they often bitch about every restaurant they go to. Can’t they comment on the good experiences? I hate negative people, they are truly clueless! Anyways, here is my review: I go in about the same time every Thursday and my server knows me well. Often she has my drink waiting for me before I order it. I have yet to have better chicken wings and in general the food is great pub food. I see one comment on the steak, go to the Keg Steak House if your looking for a premiums steak, some people are stupid. I have had the steak here and yes once in awhile it is cooked wrong but for the price, it can’t be beat. Any way, I wanted to say this place is great! I will be back and back and back. I rate this place 9 mugs of 10! See you Thursday Kimberley!
I always enjoy the food here but the service is always terrible. The other day we went in and there were two waitresses on the floor and only about 5 tables in the whole restaurant. We waited 15 minutes to order our food after getting our drinks while watching our waitress chat and stand around at the bar. Seriously?
Friendly Staff. I was in this week for the first time to have supper with a girlfriend. Everyone seemed to be having a fun time and our server was really sweet. She treated us like she knew us and went the extra mile to make sure things were great. My steak was undercooked but she had it fixed right away. I will be going back!
Bad Steak Sandwich. I ate here yesterday with a co-worker and a customer. All 3 of us order the steak sandwich, 2 medium rares and a well done steak. My medium rare steak tasted so tough, it was kind of like a hockey puck. I can’t imagine how horrible the well done steak was! Our customer order that one. The garlic toast tasted stale. I expected more for a $15.00 steak sandwich. It was really embarrassing for us to take our customer there and receive really poor quality food. Will steer clear in the future!
Good food, TERRIBLE service!. Went to mojo’s for Saturday lunch @12:30. Took 1/2 hour to get a drink. Ordered 3 appetizers, didn’t get them til 2:15, and service never even came around to see if we wanted anything else. After telling the server we were leaving the food showed up at which time we ordered 2 glasses of water which we never got. The food was very good, but by this time we we tired of being there and asked for the bill, then we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the wrong bill, another 5 minutes to get the right one. The server apologized, saying that she was very busy, but my count was less than twenty patrons in the place, and four servers, including the bartender. We will never go back, and I hope this review reaches at least the 10 people it’s supposed to.
Best On The West. I never write reviews; however, I felt I should share my great experience at Mojo’s. The service was awesome, the food exceptional, and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. I recommend this establishment!!
