Friday night, my boyfriend took me to the Chinese Restaurant downtown Lethbridge. The restaurant called New Dynasty Restaurant, which is located on 7th St South Lethbridge right beside the Galts Garden. It was my first time came to this restaurant. Weve been there around 5:30 pm. The restaurant was not busy at all. We got a table directly. It is very medium/large restaurant. The servers here are mostly White People, which is very different from Chinese Restaurant in Vancouver. All the tables were very organized in the restaurant. After 1 or 2 mins waiting, our server came to our table and began to serve us the drink. She is an Asian girl, very friendly and helpful. Weve ordered The Combination Dinners for Two for our dinner, which is including Pineapple Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and Sweet and Sour Spareribs. We asked to use sweet and sour boneless pork instead of the Sweet and Sour Spareribs. All the food in total is $38, which is a little bit expensive, but not too bad. The food came very fast. All the food was not fresh. Chicken Fried Rice seemed like no salt and no flavors. The Pineapple Chicken has less chicken inside than flours. Chicken Chow Mein had no Chicken and a little bit noodles. The Sweet and Sour Pork was not fresh, which seemed like left over dish. The taste of the food was awful. Comparing with my homemade food, I feel so confident to say: my food is much much better than this restaurant. food.belindajin.com
