Terrible customer service! I love the food from Opa, but this location has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen, and it’s always like that. My last visit, I rushed off as fast as I could because I can never stand to talk to them. They talk quiet over a sizzling grill, then barely give you time to answer. And they almost always have browning or rotting lettuce in their salads. It’s so sad that they don’t need to rely on good quality service to stay open. Needless to say, but my fianc has convinced me to never go back to this location.
