Quick service and a mean feed!
Resident. Appetizers were horrible, I had the pouinte- the fries were soggy and the gravy was cold. My friend has deep fried pickles and they were with wilted brown lettuce. Sadly disappointing.
What would I like to say? The atmosphere of this venue is outrageous. Nothing but positive vibes! Although the lighting much to dark and our waitress not even asking how our meal was. I’ll admit she was the only waitress on staff but should I have to walk up and ask for a drink menu or should it not be delivered with our menus to begin with. I have nothing but good things to say about the Almond Chicken burger! As for the service, try harder.
A Cool little place….. Have heard some phenomenal music there…..that cat Steve that is the host to the open mics is a smoking performer himself. I was really impressed when some friends and I were there one night and got a bit hungry, though…..the food is reeeeeally good! Try the pulled pork poutine, it’s amazing!
I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. It looks more like a pub than a real restaurant, but the food that come out is always tasty, perhaps better than many other restaurants. I would definitely go back.
No lunch for us!. My two friends and I went for lunch here today. We were the only table in the place with the exception of one other person who had only ordered a drink. We had all arrived by 12:10, but our orders were not taken until 20 past. By 20 to 1, we advised the waitress we had to be back to work in 20 minutes. She assured us that our food was on its way out. By 10 to 1, we asked for it to be boxed up to go – we never saw her again. At 5 to 1, we had to leave, hungry. Now we know why the place was deserted at lunch. With service like that, who would go there? I certainly will never be back, and I will be sure to let everyone I know what my experience was like. In a word: pathetic.
