Quaint little restaurant downtown. Neat location and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. I really enjoy how they change the menu every week so that nothing gets boring or repetitive.
Brunch – Lots of food, but ingredients didnt present as listed. Toastie was very difficult to eat due to construction & height. Apparently brunch is newer here, hopefully things improve to the dinner standard weve heard about. (2.5/5)
My boyfriend and I usually treat ourselves to dinner at the Plum once every couple months for special occasions. I live in calgary during the summer and am a big foodie and have tried many restaurants there. The Plum in my opinion is one of the only restaurants in lethbridge which is competitive with the quality of food you would receive in an upscale restaurant in Calgary. The Tartar is absolutely phenomenal, I would argue the best i ever had. The environment is small and cozy and is an experience in itself taking you out of lethbridge and into a small restaurant in europe or something. The menu changes which is nice, sometimes you do get something your not a huge fan of but thats like any restaurant. The quality however is always there. I would recommend this restaurant 100x over! I am also a poor student and understand its a bit pricier but I LOVE having something to look forward to.
