Worst place. Worst food. Worst staff. -10 marks I don’t know how come it is in business may be you try once and never come back or write reviews. Mama donair generally are pretty nice in city but place west Edmonton mall food court must be bringing bad name to it. Sorry , someone has to take spend this much time to write such a review.
Found hair in my food. Service is rude/non-existent. They also intentionally over-charge and refuse reciepts and are quite literally scamming customers who aren’t paying attention to the listed prices. How are they still in West Ed? They drag the whole food court down and give it a bad name. Kick these scammers out!I sent an email to West Edmonton Mall management, but they’re lazy and complacent and haven’t responded, over a year later.
Worst donair and food ever. This was the worst donair I have ever eaten in my entire life, me and my family were in Edmonton and had this donair and were totally disappointed, I’m not sure how these guys are still in business at WEM. The chicken meat was so hard that it was impossible to bite and we had to throw away more then half the donair, I would advice everyone to go to the donair store on the other side of the mall beside Galaxy land
Omg, i hope this place gets out of bussiness. If i ever had read these reviews, i would have never gone. The donair i ordered was so expensive even without a combo and also it was the worst donair i ever had in my life. Such a rip off. How come they are still in business with such a terrible food. I will never go back and please don’t waste your money. I wish someone would inspect their food.
Horrible food. I have never written a review for any restaurant in my life. This was by far the grossest falafel I have ever had. You couldn’t even eat it. Never ever again will I eat here.
Poor customer service, didn’t get my order correct and refused to do anything about it. The order I did get was dry and average at best. Quite disappointing.
