This is the second time we have given this place a chance. Each time the place is understaffed, and the food has taken about half-an-hour even with no other orders coming. And my daughter’s burger patty was about 3 inches by 1 inch on a dry bun. It’s a shame because the other food tasted good, but it was hilariously overpriced and arrived cold, and I still had to make something else for my kid for dinner.
I got a milkshake fries and a burger. It took 30 mins! There was only one person working on a Friday night (there was also no other customers in there so I’m not sure why it took 30 mins I think the cook how a problem in the kitchen?) The fries were left cold while the cook struggle alone in the back cooking my one burger!? Everything was just not good. The milkshake even tasted off!
Burgers tasted good, but they kept getting our order wrong. Everyone ate at different times, took over 1 hour (yes, a full 60 minutes) for all of us to get our correct meals. Their pricey shakes look fabulous on the marketing photos, but they were runny instead of thick, not filled to the top, and no options for whip topping. Not worth the money spent.
Ate here because I was in a rush and needed something gluten free and they had gf buns for $1 which is cheap compared to Clive Burger. Well the patties are basically DQ with lettuce, onion, and tomato. The bun was fine but overall you could tell the whole thing was low quality.
Very overpriced and natural cut prices are not fresh cut or the ones displayed in there ads. Was very disappointed and will not go back. I feel sorry for the franchised owners as I don’t think this chain will survive in Alberta.
Service was slow and the presentation was sloppy and poorly put together. No better than an A&W burger. Too expensive. Would not recommend over other regular cheaper burger joints. Wish a five guys had opened up here instead…
Food was way overpriced and nothing special. Just regular burger and Fries. Not worth it to check out. Rather go to peter’s drive for burger and fries
