Call me biased but these cupcakes are just nothing like craves. The frosting is far too sweet and dry and the cupcakes themselves aren't good either. …

I bought 8 cupcakes today at 3:30, my parents had one each and i had one. All 3 of them were dry. The icing was great but the cupcake tasted like it was from last week. I would rather have a cupcake from safeway bakery where the cupcakes are moist and fresh.
Not good. Overpriced and their cupcakes have too much icing. I also find their cakes dry. Taste a lot like cakes that comes out of a box.
Tried these but they were dry, overpriced and the service was lacking. There’s only one CRAVE cupcake & they are a much more polished machine.
The next place to be!. Bliss has it all!! Love their displays, and their products. Vegan, gluten free, glourless, and nut free too!! Their vegan cake’s like heaven!! And their fruit pies remind me of being back home with my family. You can tell that Bliss is rising on the Calgary scene…they are expanding quite quickly! Crave: you better watch out!
Way too much sugar. Not for me. I tried the after eight. Heard a couple negative reviews say bliss cupcakes are dry at this location -mine wasn’t dry but it did crumble apart when I tried to eat it…not a fan of that (underlined)I think a cup cake should hold its form when you eat it -the crumble factor made it difficult to enjoy especially because it was moist and the cake was flavoured well! The icing was insanely sugary -and I mean too sugary, I actually took it off (sad face)! When I did, I found a great dark chocolate cake, impressive even -too bad that icing over powered it. I’m a vegetarian, who sways to butter only for a buttery icing cupcake upon rare occasion (behold the evil delicious power of a cupcake). Having heard so many rave reviews I decided to give bliss a whirl, and make up for the calories with a quick run later on, and my guilty vegetarian conscience with intense prayer (lies). I probably won’t go back… Personal taste is personal taste though, so give it a whirl…but definitely not if you are diabetic or enjoy a more balanced cupcake -save this one for the sugar freaks (if you salivated just now, you belong to the assemblage of sugar freaks and should try bliss), they are more sugary than Crave. Still, I love Community Natural Foods cupcakes -4 medium cupcakes for 5 dollars and they are super chocolatey and yummy yummy icing! And buttercream is my other fave for balanced icing -although the cake isnt as flavorful as other places…minus.I do want to give these girls a nod for being nut free! Good on ya and keep developing your product and business -heard you are three years strong and from what I’ve read you listen to your customer base….how’s about a vegan cupcake? Challenge accepted? 😀 I think all you cupcake fans will agree with me that we need more cupcake places in calgary…way more! 😉 more cupcakes = more happy
Very moist cake, icing was a little sweet, but very tasty.
Just okay. Tried them for the first time at Chinook mall. Customer service was not so great. Employees were pretty apathetic. Not sure why the icing doesn’t cover the entire top of the cupcake, it would look better. Taste was not so bad but price point is too high for a cupcake. Nut free and gluten free is a great idea but there are much better cupcake places out there. Crave has gluten free now AND…they’re much better!
