I like BP but not this location. I had the worst experience here and I’m not comparing it with the other times I ate at BP (which were exceptional) but out of my whole dining experience. Sent food back because they’re stale. Wrong entree came after over an hour of waiting. And the food that did make it was just shit. Not worth the price for what I expect out of BP. This location is detrimental to the BP brand.
The wait staff here are very friendly, even in the lounge where we usually sit. Their drinks are good, I enjoy their belinis. The crispy chicken pecan salad is extremely tasty (I get mine without egg since I’m not a fan but imagine it would be good). The crispy chicken with the shredded carrots and tomatoes and pecans is so good and very filling, I usually don’t end up finishing mine. Their baked chipotle bacon penne is also very good too, with just the right amount of heat. Also a good amount of heat, is their jambalaya with sausage, chicken and shrimp.
Convienent place in chinook mall to grab a quick bite whether you are shopping or going to see a movie. We came here tonight on a friday night before our movie. It was quite busy and had to wait about 5-10 mins for a table not too bad. Service was good and food came out quick. I ordered 1/2 order of chicken pecan salad and it was really big portion glad I didn’t get the full one cuz I was full. I would come back here again.

Poor service, poor food. Went for a Saturday lunch, ordered the Smokey Mountain spaghetti and a drink. The waitress eventually came to give me a menu after she’d finished talking to another staff member. I ordered quickly and also ordered the Boston sized beer which is advertised at $1 (didn’t believe the price, saw no small print so why not). Food eventually came, cold. Couldn’t find the waitress, left most of the food. When she came, she had the bill in hand, not even asking if I wanted anything else. Long story short, service and food was lousy. Won’t go back.
Been here a handle of times. Each time the service varied, mostly in a very poor way. One girl seemed to hate her job and is very standoff-ish. Another one of the girls would basically push us out the door. Today we ordered nachos for our appetizer, lo and behold they are more tortilla chip than any resemblance to nachos. We never were checked up on or offered more drinks after we had finished our first round. I love Boston pizza, but the horrifying service and mediocre food made me very upset.
