Best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Subs are okay and the vermicelli bowls are fine. Pho is bland. Eat here if you’re in the area but don’t go out of your way for this place.
Very good salad rolls and peanut sauce. Rice vermicelli bowl was mediocre – someone tasting Vietnamese food the first time might find it very good, but a seasoned eater of this food would just find it ok. The spring rolls were tasty, meat texture wasn’t good and taste was bland, veggies could have been much fresher. Price was average and service was average. Another one to cross off the list and likely not return to.
I pass by here every day and never thought to pop in for a bite. Today i decided to give it a shot. Glad we did. Spacious. Clean. Your vietnamese grandmother nudging you and patting you on the back for good food choices. And the most important part, the good food.Bun bo hue was sweet and easy to eat with loads of meat. This is a good sign. The pho broth was done right on the lady’s bowl. We were happy. $22 including tip for both of us. Fantastic.
I love this place! Fresh, affordable, tasty, andFAST! I used to be a hater of Vietnamese food, but this place converted me, the food is THAT good. Customer service is friendly and efficient. There are so many Vietnamese places around, but this is hands down the best restaurant. I almost hate to spoil this hidden treasure, but it’s too good not to share.
Ever since I had the peanut satay soup with charbroiled pork, I keep coming back. To confess, my consumption here has been limited to that one dish so I cannot speak to the breadth of the menu. However, the peanut satay soup is rich, with that bone-broth marrow creaminess as you get closer to the bottom of the bowl. Only one size, and the price is right at about $12. My boyfriend and I can split a bowl for lunch and be very sated. The service was also very quick and the steaming bowl of pho came within minutes.
We ordered delivery with skip the dishes. The food was very good. It was fresh and good size portions. We tried the pho chicken noodle soup. We would order from here again.
This place is ok for viet food but not the best in town. The spring rolls were pretty tasty but the pho sate #51 was not that great. It was not spicy at all, more like a peanut soup almost and it had lettuce in the soup… not normal at any other restaurants i have had pho at.
