I took my buddy here for lunch for his birthday. The service was excellent. The food was typical pub fair and didn’t really stand out. I would suggest being more generous with the sides of fries.
Me and my boyfriend have been here twice now, both times using groupons, and we’ve had the same server both times (Ashley I believe was her name.) Each time she was fantastic and gave great service, and didn’t mind at all that we had a groupon. I love their yam fries, and also appreciate that they don’t charge extra for it like so many places do (which I find silly, it’s not like sweet potatoes cost more than regular potatoes!) Theirs are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and melty on the inside. So tasty. The new venue is much better than their old one, and it has a very cozy feel to it. We’ll definitely be back, perhaps to try their wing night!
I love their wings, and the prices are great on their wing nights. Service is good and the ambience is quite nice for a pub like this.
Yummmm. Everything was delish!!! Not expecting the great food…and wonderful service
Poor excuse for an Irish Pub. Staff is unprofessional. They don’t train their employees properly. The supervisor working on May. 04. 2015 at 5pm is disrespectful because she likes to argue if customers have an issue. The supervisor does not offer solutions but makes the customer more frustrated. She needs to be replaced. Because of her I’m not going back their again. It seems like this is the standard: untrained employees, overcharging customers, and being in an argument with an inconsiderate wench.
Change is a good thing. I hadn’t been to O’Sullivans since it had moved and let’s just say this is a nice improvement. It’s definitely more up-scale and suits my 30-something self much better than the pub atmosphere before.I enjoyed the Shepard’s pie, which was very reasonably priced. You could tell it was home-made, which is getting harder and harder to find these days.My server was friendly and, although she was busy, was on top of everything. The owner, Kevin, made a special point to come over and chat with me throughout my meal. It’s always so nice to see an owner who is passionate about his business and makes time to get to know the customers. I’m glad I stopped in for lunch today, and will definitely be back.
Wont be back. Menu is not with the times. People want healthy CHOICES. Pasta and beef dips are not healthy. People dont want deep friend food. Why cant they make a creative menu?? Something that customers want to eat?? It seems like everytime they put out a menu its what the owner wants to eat not the customer. If you actually went out to other restaurants you would know this. Enough with the deepfried food. Do something creative. Its the same recycled food same with the soups. Be adventurous. The menu is boring. And seriously what is with the drunk GM??? Its so unprofessional. Its embarrassing being in there when shes there::(
