Overcooked, but raw???. I am a big fan of General Thai Chicken at Thai Express. Today, though, I hit a bad one. The problem was the chicken itself, which seemed to have been boiled for six or seven hours, left in the sun to grow crunchy, then breaded and deepfried for a quarter the recomended time. The result was not good. Soggy, overcooked tasteless and rubbery chicken meat with crusty edges covered with undercooked breading! I asked for medium spice but got nothing. I’m not sure what has changed recently with this company’s food prep, but I plan to give it a miss from now on.
