Ordered take out for delivery to my hotel room. The food arrived within the identified time.Delivery person was organized and once paid for I received my order. Got the items I ordered which were hot fresh and very tasty. Portions filledThe containers. Good food and service.
Minus 1 star because I can’t rate lower than 1. We’ve been ordering from Panda Hut Express for the last 8 years and for the last 6 months the quality has gone downhill to the point that today we got undercooked chicken, oversalted meals and suspicious meat. When calling to complain, since my family couldnt have that kind of bad food, I was told they’re always perfect and wouldnt take it back or offer to re-do the meal, as a matter of fact, they wouldn’t even allow me to speak. Now I’m left with $80 worth of garbage food in the garbage. Certainly I won’t order from them ever again. Horrible experience!
