Food is amazing, Price is not bad but the staff is rude and tries to rush you through your meal. Took a long time to be seated even though there were many tables available. I would take a first date there if I felt like looking like a rich douche, because that is the atmosphere they portray.

Worst restaurant experience. Waited forever at the front even though we had a reservation. When seated, after ordering it took an hour for our food to arrive. There was no apologies by management or compensation for our meal. Now, missing our movie plans, we left very unsatisfied.

Our family went to Paliotti’s for Fathers Day dinner. The restaurant was amazing. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. We all took home doggy bags. I had the charbroiled chicken with a side Caesar and sauted veggies.. unlike most restaurants the veggies were actually fresh and had a crunch to them.. not one person was upset with their meal and we were a large group.. Our waiter was excellent he is one of the owners. It was his first Fathers Day as a father he brought his very cute son to the table to show him off he was very attentive never forgot to bring anything to the table we had asked for despite how busy it was. I definitely recommend this place perfect setting for an intimate meal or large group of people..

My wife and I have been to the abbotsford location a few times and for the most part it is great food and great service. Once we came in after work and were dressed casually (not grungy just not done up) and were treated like we came from the tent park next door. Then we found a dirty hair in my wife’s pasta. They were quick to correct the situation to our satisfaction when the manager recognized us as regular patrons, but this experience definitely brought their rating down for this review. Since then, under similar circumstances, this has not happened again.

It was the best of times and it was the worst at times. The last time we went here, there was no order as to who was actually our server. One would do the drinks, another taking our food order, someone else bringing out the bread, a fourth person brought out our main dishes. When we left the staff didn’t say anything to us, not a ‘bye,’ not ‘have a good day,’ not even a ‘boo.’ Other times everything was good between the service and food. Just hit and miss

i am critical and opinionated, so i rarely give over 3 stars (this place is 4.5 stars) and i always have something to complain about, but all i can say is: clean restaurant, great service, excellent food, at reasonable prices. they always serve a delicious fresh in house baked bread and a olive/balsamic to dip into. i am a big guy and i always leave feeling full. i will certainly be eating here again… and again… (Abbotsford Location)i like spicy hot food and the first few times they were very afraid to make it as spicy as i asked, but after several visits they kept increasing the spiciness and now they make it exactly as i like it.the only constructive criticism i can make is… Please place some chili flakes in a pepper grinder and offer that to those that want extra spice. chili flakes either need to be cooked into food, or placed in a pepper grinder to crack open the pepper seeds… this is done for 2 reasons: 1) to allow the spicy oil in the seed to be tasted, this way fewer chili flakes are required to achieve a certain level of spiciness,2) it is gentler on the intestine because the stomach acids can work on the flakes rather than letting the unopened seeds release their spicy oil inside the intestine.

This place sucks they serve olive oil and balsamic with bread and it’s not even real balsamic it’s a red wine vinegar they say they have Parmigiano cheese, it’s not it’s fake parmesan. The pasta is grouse way over Cooper and the Alfredo seduce in my pasta was a soup. This place SUCKS my 8 year old daughter can cook better than this . Come on guys all you have to do show a little love, it’s Italian food real cheese is a must Fresh past is a MUST FOR A ITALIAN PASTA JOINT. Even my wife Gnocchi we’re not homemade!! come on I can whip up a batch of Gnocchi in half-an-hour feeds 10 people and I can freeze it for the next day or two or three come on!!!!!I hope the people of Paliottis read this and improve that’s what this post was intended for. Remember real balsamic real cheese fresh pasta get it right
