I feel like I have discovered a hidden gem. A small place but comfortable enough. I tend to visit at off hours so I don’t know what happens when they are busy but I found the service to be friendly and my food arrived in fairly short order. On my first visit, I tried their Teriyaki Beef and Tempura special. The tempura was hot and crispy. The prawn was not overcooked, retaining a bit of it’s snap. The sweet potato was a slightly thicker than I am used to but it worked perfectly that way. The teriyaki was very tasty and came with a side salad with a great sesame dressing! On my next visit, I tested their sushi abilities and they are very good. I had the Spicy Combo and ordered 1 piece of Tamago Nigiri and 2 pieces of Tobiko Nigiri. I thought that the rice was nicely prepared, the salmon was firm and tasty and I loved the generous amount of the fish roe. Oh, and I am not a novelty roll guy but they gave me a piece of deep fried California roll to try! Very Good! I did not realize that these folks have been in this location for 15 years!
