Meh…I walked in thinking I was in for a treat, but when the pizza came, 2 of the 3 pies were ordered were disappointing. One of the pies that we had included Calabrese salami which dominated and obscured all other flavors of the pizza. I understand Calabrese salami is supposed to be spicy, but geez. The other we had with anchovies obscured all other flavors. I thought it was possible that some of the anchovies oil had been poured onto the pie before cooking. Both of these pizzas could handle another topping to help balance the flavors. Otherwise, it my suggestion to just stick to common, main stream menu items. We probably won’t be back just based on other Restaurants available in the Whistler village including pizza.
Best wood fired pizza in Whistler. Great good with awesome service to boot. If you come here you definitely have to try the carbonara pizza. We tried out of curiosity thinking it would be just a gimmick, but it was delicious!
This restaurant serves some of the best and freshest italian food. Everything from the appetizers to pizza was absolutely amazing. It was visually pleasing and delicious. I would highly recommend this place for a true and authentic experience. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Whistler.
