Very normal, non-special meal with mediocre, but nice, service.The menu is normal breakfast food. Nothing surprising or unique. As expected.The service was not good, but the server was nice. To clarify, the orders were mixed up – specifically, each person asked for specific sides, and the sides got placed with the wrong order. As well, we had to request refills for the coffee/tea, rather than the server asking us.The meal tasted fine.
Warm friendly environment with wonderfully tasty comfort food. My family and I had brunch at Cindy’s recently. It is a well established cafe in Ambleside, West Van that continues to delight! Our meals were delicious and satisfying. I had the crab benny which my wive and daughter at most of since it was so good. My wife’s special omelette was savory with fresh ingredients that shows that the Chef really cares about quality. The kids really enjoyed their waffles nicely presented with lots of fresh ripe fruit, whip cream and real maple syrup. The environment is nice and causal with friendly staff who made our family welcome. We are definitely coming back soon!
