We stopped by Kin Sushi on our way back from cross country skiing at Cypress Mountain. We didn’t know where to eat, and it was the first place we saw.It was pretty mediocre sushi. I liked the tuna, but my salmon sashimi and my shrimp sushi were both fairly unpleasant. Nearly every combo came with California rolls, and I find California rolls…very boring.Still, the atmosphere was cozy, and the tea and miso soup that came with the meals was delicious and perfect after skiing.
