Boston Pizza quality has diminished greatly. Nachos no longer have jalopinoes or olives and no longer come with celery or carrot stick with dip. Cheese no longer grated on top. Beer on tap was flat. Number of hot wings was less than before. May not come here again for a long time.
All entrees were served cold. One dish went back 3 times and still came out lukewarm. Staff didn’t apologize until bill was disputed then one meal removed from bill. Very slow service and unclean tables. High price poor service….. bad reflection on chain stay away
It’s OK. It’s ok all I can say very pricey not worth the taste. I wouldn’t go back that’s forsure.
Rip off on specials.. The food was ok, we went on a Thursday when the special was $5 off a full rack of ribs. Two of us ordered these, and food for the kids. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately we noticed after we paid our bill that they hadn’t given us the special. We mentioned this at the front desk to be informed that they’re ‘not set up for refunds.’ I feel this is a huge con, what kind of restaurant doesn’t offer refunds? We were offered credit which we won’t be taking.
Awful!! Avoid. Ok so the pizza= half baked, non melted cheese. Drinks poured the rest of a bottle didnt want to open the new one. We watched her. AVOID HERE. Service Lazy, Food crappy, waiters okay.07 Aug, 2014Service is as slow as a snail. Good food but awful service.
Greeter needs to be instructed better. Was told there would be a 5 minute. Waited 20 minutes and watched the host seat 2 groups that came after us first. So left. And will not return to Boston any time soon.
Me & my boyfriend have never gone back since our experience here last summer. We never went before & where excited to try it out. The waitress was nice, but seemed rushed even though it wasn’t busy. My boyfriend ordered a root beer, and I asked for water. After serving our drinks, I took a sip from his root beer. I always like a sip of pop now & then, but water is my favourite. Our server came back with another root beer that she placed in front of me- ‘I didn’t order this’ I said politely. She informed that since I had a measly sip of my BF’s drink that we would be charged for 2 drinks! I explained that I didn’t even like pop & it was just a sip. She didn’t care & walked away. My boyfriend approached another server & explained & she apologized. The server came back with a really bad attitude & said ‘just keep the drink, or we’ll throw it away’ …. I barely drank it as I tried explaining to her earlier, a whole cup of pop isn’t appealing to me. Our food was very good luckily, but we kept getting glares from staff & left with doggy bags. There was no need to be rude to us, we didn’t get angry or raise any voices- it was simply unfair to be charged for 2 drinks when the other person didn’t want one (I implied that there was nothing on the menu stating that taking a sip indicated stealing) The quesadilla & pasta we purchased where very delicious luckily but we haven’t bothered going back. I hope the staff has improved since then.
