Take-out order came with wrong kind of noodles that my wife is unable to eat (allergy). Restaurant ackowledged they sent the wrong order but refused to send correct one after, or even offer a refund. Entirely unacceptable.
Been to this place for about 10 times since last fall for various reasons. It used to be a Western style Chinese Buffet and has recently changed hands. Not sure how recently though. I have never been to the place when it was the buffet but came across this place again when my folks were looking for a new place for dim sum and good Chinese food place that are not the western style ones! It can get quite busy there but I found the food is good, service is quick and the people are genuine.
I used to come here a lot, until they changed the boss and the food wasn’t as good anymore.We came to eat lunch and ordered several dim sum dishes, as well as rice and fried noodles. The steamed rice with pork special is a MUST (limit one per table). Although the staff were nice and friendly, the food did not measure up. Most dishes were too salty and greasy and we were very thirsty afterwards. The environment isn’t the best, but isn’t too bad either.Other than the special, I most likely won’t return again. There are many other dim sum places with quality food for the same price!
Replaced the buffet restaurant, this is a more authentic dim sum place now.Decent food and price. Promo 10% off during grand opening period I think.Service okay.
This the old buffet restaurant switched over to a real Chinese restaurant. Came here for dimsum and it’s the kind you pick what you want from a fair selection (2 sided sheet). Everything comes out fresh and hot. Nice new place to go to now.
Went for dinner and food is comparable to some restaurants in Richmond but the service was soso. Definitely understaffed. Portions are decent. Crab and Lobster was $18.80 a lb so reasonably priced. Dishes are $13+. Ample parking. Dim Sum 7 days a week.
